How New Adjunct Faculty Access Their Biola Accounts

This article addresses how and when newly hired adjunct faculty access their accounts.

Process

Human Resources must complete the hiring process prior to access.

Set Up your Biola Accounts
  1. Set your password and get your NetID
  2. Enable Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for your Biola Microsoft Account
  3. Sign in to your Biola Google Account (https://accounts.google.com/
  4. Verify that you can sign in to My Biola and have access to the Faculty Handbook (https://my.biola.edu/)
  5. Verify that you can sign in to Biola's LMS, Canvas (https://canvas.biola.edu/)
  6. Get your Biola ID Card (digital or physical) by submitting a photo using Biola's photo submission tool. https://www.biola.edu/id-card-office/photo-submission
When you first visit Biola's Campus 
  1. Connect to the Biola-NetID Secure Wireless Network
  2. Ensure you have access to print and copy
