ID Card Services

Biola provides students, faculty and staff with an official Biola ID card, known as the Eagle ID. The Eagle ID is a digital card that allows access to essential university resources. Card uses include access-controlled buildings, library privileges, on-campus dining, Biola Store purchases, printing, Fitness Center privileges, chapel attendance/spiritual development tracking, and more.

• A digital Biola ID Card is issued to all new incoming students and new hires.
  • Get your Biola ID Card by submitting a photo using Biola's photo submission tool.
  • Follow the instructions on Biola ID Card page to add the digital Biola ID Card to your phone.
• A physical Biola ID Card is issued by request.
  • Students can purchase a physical Biola ID card for $25 using the service offering on the right Students - Purchase a Physical ID Card.
  • Employees and Volunteers can request a physical ID Card from the service offerings on the right: Employees - Request Physical ID Card

Students

• Questions regarding money on your account (Meal Plan Flex Dollars, Student Dollars, ect.) contact Auxiliary Services. 
• Problems using your ID card to access doors to classrooms, labs, and gates contact Campus Safety. 
• Problems using your ID card to access your dorm contact the Housing Office. 

Faculty and Staff

• Questions regarding money on your account (Faculty/Staff Dollars) contact Auxiliary Services.

Volunteers

• Supervisors may request a physical ID card for volunteers. Please attach a photo of the volunteer to the Employee Request form.
• Supervisors must contact Campus Safety and fill out the designated access request form. By default Volunteers do not receive access.
