I'm not able to setup Microsoft Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to log into TeamDynmix (client portal).

  • Alumni, Students, Facutly, and Staff
  • Microsoft Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

Resolution

Staff, Faculty, and Students

  1. If you are unable to successfully log in into http://myaccount.microsoft.com/ or you receive an error stating that you are not authorized to view the TDX application (TeamDynamix: Sorry but we’re having trouble signing you in), please email us at it.helpdesk@biola.edu.

 

Alumni

  1. If you are unable to successfully log in into http://myaccount.microsoft.com/ fill out the Biola Alumni Password Reset Form to verify your identity with Alumni Engagement and request the needed information.
  2. Once you have the required information, follow the instructions on how to Set Up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for Microsoft Azure Single Sign On (SSO) and log in again with your previous Biola email address and password.
  3. If you run into an error stating that you are not authorized to view the TDX application (TeamDynamix: Sorry but we’re having trouble signing you in), please email IT at it.helpdesk@biola.edu.
