How to Install Cisco AnyConnect (Biola's VPN)

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to install Cisco AnyConnect on Mac and Windows computers. Ensure you have an active VPN account before proceeding. For VPN account information, visit our VPN Access Request Form page.

1. Visit vpn.biola.edu on your Mac and sign in with your Biola email address.
2. Agree to the terms of service.
3. Click on Download for macOS and follow the on-screen instructions for installation.
4. Open the Cisco AnyConnect app from your Applications folder.

4. Click Run.

6. Select the first radio button to accept the terms and click Next.
7. Click Install.
8. Wait for the installer to finish and click Finish.
