How to Recover your Biola Account Password

Purpose

If you've forgotten your password, this page describes how to recover or "reset" your Biola account passwords for Microsoft, NetID, and Google using the Microsoft Azure Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) system.

This is only needed when you have forgotten your Biola account password.

Introduction

When you recover your password using Microsoft Azure SSPR, it will automatically reset your NetID and Google passwords to match.

Procedure

  • Select "I forgot my password"

Unselected radio button I know my password, but still can't sign in This might happen because you tried signing in with an incorrect password too many times. If you choose this option, you'll keep your existing password and we'll unlock your account so you can sign in again. Next button Cancel button

  • Select your verification contact method and enter the verification code:
