How to Recover your Biola Account Password

Purpose

If you've forgotten your password, this page describes how to recover or "reset" your Biola account passwords for Microsoft, NetID, and Google using the Microsoft Azure Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) system. This is only needed when you have forgotten your Biola account password. If you want to change a pre-existing password, follow these instructions instead for changing passwords.

 

Introduction

When you recover your password using Microsoft Azure SSPR, it will automatically reset your NetID and Google passwords to match.

Procedure

  • Navigate to the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset page: https://aka.ms/sspr
  • Fill in the required email and CAPTCHA fields.

  • Select "I forgot my password"

  • Select your verification contact method and enter the verification code:
