Purpose
If you've forgotten your password, this page describes how to recover or "reset" your Biola account passwords for Microsoft, NetID, and Google using the Microsoft Azure Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) system.
This is only needed when you have forgotten your Biola account password.

Introduction
When you recover your password using Microsoft Azure SSPR, it will automatically reset your NetID and Google passwords to match.
Before you begin:
You will need a Microsoft @biola.edu account with a pre-existing alternate contact method setup (email, mobile or office phone) in order to complete this procedure.
Procedure
- Select "I forgot my password"
- Select your verification contact method and enter the verification code:
- The "Your password has been reset" message indicates a successful password reset.
Staff/Faculty:
If you currently use a Biola-managed Mac machine, the NoMAD password syncing application may prompt for an update. Read more
