#Q - Why do I need to reauthenticate?

Answer

For any application that stores personal information, Biola University’s policy requires re-authentication after a set period of time for security reasons. 

If a user accesses the service for more than 4 hours, they will need to re-authenticate with MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) each time.
