This page describes Biola's Single Sign-On service, which is used to access nearly all Biola applications and services.
Biola uses Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to manage access to nearly all Biola apps and services. Microsoft SSO uses your Biola email address and password for authentication.
If it is your first time logging in, you will also be prompted to set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on your account.
Biola uses Google Workspace for email, calendaring, document sharing, and other Google services.
As of May 2026, Google Workspace uses Microsoft SSO for all standard user accounts. When you enter your Biola email address into the Google sign-in page, you will be automatically redirected to Microsoft SSO.
Google accounts used by departments or student groups will still log in with their unique account credentials.
You can log into multiple Google accounts at the same time by following Google's instructions.
