WiFi service is provided for Biola University students, faculty, staff, alumni, guests, and affiliates while attending, employed by, or visiting the university.

Laptops, Phones, iPads

For devices that support WPA2/3-Enterprise and run a supported OS like macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, or Ubuntu / Fedora Linux.
 
These devices connect to the Biola-NetID WiFi network using your Biola NetID & password.
TV, smart speaker, game console
For low-capability devices, usually only able to use WPA2-Personal and typically not running a supported OS listed above. Examples include smart TVs, game consoles, streaming sticks, smart speakers, etc.
 
After MAC address registration in the "My Devices Portal" these will connect to the bu-eagles WiFi network.
Guest WiFi name tag
For campus guests wanting quick access to WiFi service. Biola-Guest WiFi provides Internet access for a 5 days at a time, but as an open network does not provide any network security.
 
These devices will connect to the Biola-Guest WiFi network.
