Conference Room Technology

The conference room technology stack is designed to allow the users to have in person and hybrid meetings with ease. These rooms will contain a touch panel to allow the users to present on the displays, along with a USB connection that will allow the users to use the provided microphone and camera.

Crestron Mercury

• Mercury is an audio/video conferencing system that provides the following services:
• • Web meetings (when used with tools like Zoom or Google Meet)
  • Presentations from your laptop, tablet, or phone
  • Conference calls
• The Mercury system is made up of the wedge-shaped base station on the table, and a camera on or near the TV.
