"How do I access my transcripts?"

  1. Please visit the following link for general information regarding Transcript Access:

Logging in to your Biola Portal

  1. Log in to https://myaccount.biola.edu using your Biola email address* & password
  2. Select 'Academic History' from the left side menu

"I don't have a Biola email address" | "I don't remember my Biola email address"

  • Please contact IT Services (see below for contact information)

 

"How do I update/reset my Biola password?"

  1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
  2. Enter your Biola email address and complete the Captcha challenge
  3. Select "I forgot my password"
  4. Complete verification

"Error message: You have not registered for password reset" | "I don't have a verification method set-up"

"My sign-in is blocked"

  • Please contact IT Services (see below for contact information)

 

"How do I update my personal information?"

  • Log in to https://myaccount.biola.edu using your Biola email address & password
  • Select "Personal & Privacy Info" from the left side menu
  • Update your email address and mailing address

"How do I change my name?"

  • Please contact the Registrar's Office
    • Email: registrar@biola.edu
    • Phone: (562) 903-4720
  • If your personal information is not up to date, you will be asked to verify your identity

 

"How/Where do I get an Alumni Card?"

  • Contact Alumni Engagement first
    • Email: alumni@biola.edu
    • Phone: (562) 903-4728
    • On campus: Metzger Hall
  • If your personal information is not up to date, you will be asked to verify your identity

 

"What happened to my Biola email account?"

  • Only the Google Account (i.e., Gmail, Drive, etc.) associated with your email address is deleted 18 months after your last enrollment date
  • Your Biola email address will remain as your username to log in to all of Biola's other web services (e.g., myaccount.biola.edu, canvas.biola.edu, etc.)
