LCR/LDR (Lehman Conference/Dining Room)

The Lehman Conference Room and Lehman Dining Room have been outfitted with some of our newest technology that will allow the users to present and/or zoom from both rooms independently or together as one large room. These rooms both contain two cameras, ceiling speaker/microphones, and a projector.

• Room Use: Rooms can be used separately by simply requesting for the dividers to be put up, subsequently, the rooms can be used as one by requesting for the dividers to be taken down.
• Zoom: To switch from zoom to room control and vice versa, simply swipe down from the middle top of the screen on the touch panel to reveal a menu bar, then click the home button.
• Cameras: Both rooms have two cameras, an audience camera and a presenter camera.. The audience camera is a fixed view of the room while the presenter camera will track a single person from the podium until the middle front of the room.
• Wall HDMI: Both rooms contain a wall HDMI port that can be used for a TV when using zoom to allow the audience to see the people on zoom on a centralized screen.
