Use this service to submit an agreement through contract routing for review by Purchasing, Legal, and any other pertinent departments.

Responsibility Agreement

Before submitting the contract, confirm that the responsible party read and agreed to all of the terms of the attached contract

For example:

  • Time period of Contract
  • Cost of contract
  • Payment terms
  • Description of services

If you are submitting this on behalf of another Biola employee, please confirm with the responsible party that they have done so before submitting this contract for review.

By submitting this contract, the responsible party understands that no work may be performed until the contract has been reviewed, approved, and signed by an authorized Biola signatory.
