Service, support, and guidance for technology in classrooms and conference technology systems.

For urgent issues that need immediate support:

  • Call extension 4740 (562-903-4740); when prompted press "1" for classroom assistance.
    • The phone technician will ask questions about the issue over the phone and attempt to troubleshoot.
    • If a technician is unavailable leave a message, we do routinely check for voice mail. 
  • If the issue requires more advanced support, a field technician will be dispatched to stop by the classroom in approximately 10-20 minutes depending on availability and location.

For non-urgent issues select the appropriate service request type (blue buttons). 

Exciting News for Summer 2025!
Our IT Team successfully updated tech in 35 classrooms across campus in the Business Building, Sutherland Hall, The Grove, Myers Hall, Lower Rose Hall, and Marshburn 1 & 4 with brighter projection, an intuitive interface, and greater stability.
Also, Business 109 now also features wireless lapel and handheld microphones for self-service events!
