Service, support, and guidance for technology in classrooms and conference technology systems.
For urgent issues that need immediate support:
- Call extension 4740 (562-903-4740); when prompted press "2" for classroom assistance.
- The phone technician will ask questions about the issue over the phone and attempt to troubleshoot.
- If a technician is unavailable leave a message, we do routinely check for voice mail.
- If the issue requires more advanced support, a field technician will be dispatched to stop by the classroom in approximately 10-20 minutes depending on availability and location.
For non-urgent issues select the appropriate service request type (blue buttons).
