How to Set or Change Your Account Recovery Information

This page explains the steps for adding or updating your alternate (recovery) email address in the myaccount.biola.edu system - this is a personal email address and not your Biola email address. If you have forgotten your NetID password, or can't log into your Biola email account, you can receive a password reset link at your personal (non-Biola) email address.

1. Go to myaccount.biola.edu.

2. Log in with your Biola Email and password.

3. Click the Personal Information menu option on the left.

4. Click the Update Email button towards the bottom of the window.

5. Click the Update Email Addresses link at the bottom-middle of the window.

6. Select Personal Email from the Type of E-mail to Insert: drop-down menu and click the Submit button.

7. Type your personal (non-Biola) email address into the E-mail: textbox, and click the Submit button.
