Getting Started

!  Note: For Student's to make a payment, they may log into their myaccount.biola.edu profile and make a payment.

!  Note: The parent should never be logging in with the student's information.  The parent should not need to be logging in to an account requiring Microsoft Authentication (Touchnet will not require MS Authentication for the Authorized User account).  When the parent would like to make a payment, they do so via http://login.biola.edu/au which leads them to the Touchnet payment portal.

  1. For a parent to make a payment on the student's behalf, the student must set up the parent as an authorized user.
    1. The student can do this by logging into their student portal
    2. Click on Student Accounts
    3. Click on the big blue button labeled Access Your Student Account
    4. In the new window that opens, click on Authorized Users
    5. Add Authorized User and follow the instructions to create the parent account.
    6. Once the parent's account is created they can log in and make a payment. (They will receive an automated email with instructions.)

!  Note: If the parent is listed as an authorized user and is unable to log in to http://login.biola.edu/au, the student must then remove the user and re-add the user.  In that case the user will then receive instructions to their email and should then be able to make a payment.
