How to troubleshoot Evisions/Form Fusion Test log in issues

Access Evisions/Form Fusion Test services

This knowledge base article explains how to resolve issues logging into Evisions/Form Fusion Test.

Prerequisites:

  • User must be on a PC as this applies to PC computers.
  • User must have the required application for Evisions installed.  !  Note: Instructions for Application install
  • MakeMeAdmin utility must be available on your system.
 

Instructions

Ensure server name is correct

Follow these steps to ensure that Evisions/Form Fusion Test is logging in with the correct server name:

  1. Launch the application.
  2. Click Edit servers on at log in pop-up.
  3. Ensure the correct server information is correct.
    • Information for PROD
      • Server name: eVisions2
      • Server address: eVisions2.ad.biola.edu
    • Information for TEST
      • Server name: evisionsdev
      • Server address: evisionsdev.ad.biola.edu
  4. Log into application.

 

Fixing log in issues due to server name missing

Follow these steps to log into Evisions/Form Fusion Test:

  1. Run MakeMeAdmin before launching the application.
  2. Right-click the application icon and select Run as adminsitrator.
  3. Enter ad.biola.edu into the server name when prompted.
  4. Close the application.
  5. Open the application again to ensure it logs in with the correct information.
