This service provides a secure identity verification process for members of the Biola community who are unable to come to campus. We offer this dedicated remote service to ensure your identity is protected through a secure and reliable method. Please note that due to the increased risk of fraud, we can no longer verify identity by phone.

Data Collection and Retention

What Data is Collected

  • Photo of Government issued ID
    • Includes: Name, Date of Birth, Address, Sex, Document ID, Document Issue Date, Document Expiration Date
    • May also include: Hair Color, Eye Color, Height, Weight
  • Photo of individual

How Long is the Data Retained

  • Data is deleted within 1 business day of collection.
