#int - How to Check for OneDrive Sync Errors

This article outlines where to go and how to: check a user's OneDrive account for synchronization errors.

Prerequisites:

  • An admin_netID@biola.edu account assigned to the correct group
  • The user's Biola email address that is logged into OneDrive on a deployed machine

Instructions

Log in to the Microsoft 365 apps Admin Center

!  Note: If using Google Chrome, you will need to access the portal either: switch to a different profile or use an incognito window. If you are already logged in with your standard Biola SSO account, the direct URL (shown above) will attempt to log you in and continually refresh until it times out, leaving you with no option to sign out or log in with a different account. If you go instead to config.office.com, you will have the option to log out, but it will then log you out of all current SSO sessions within that Chrome profile.
