How to Move Your Biola Digital ID to a New Phone

Purpose

This article provides instructions on how to remove and deactivate a Digital ID from a device, including the steps to perform on an old phone and a new phone. It also covers how to remove a Digital ID from the eAccounts website if the user no longer has access to their phone.

 

Instructions

Removing and Deactivating the Digital ID on the Old Phone

  1. Log in to eAccounts on your old phone.
  2. Click the More Information button under your name to access your Digital ID details.
  3. Under the Digital ID section, follow the steps to remove or deactivate your Digital ID.
  4. Proceed with the setup process on your new phone as described in the next section.

Adding and Activating the Digital ID on the New Phone

  1. Log in to eAccounts on your new phone.
  2. Follow the instructions to activate your digital ID on your new phone.

Removing the Digital ID if You No Longer Have Access to the Old Phone

  1. Go to https://biola-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts/AccountSummary.aspx.
  2. Sign in with your credentials.
  3. Navigate to Card Services and select the Biola ID card that you want to deactivate.
  4. Click Deactivate Card to remove the Digital ID from your account.
