Credit Card Sales

For selling and shipping products:

• Request assistance on setting up a Shopify Store.

For selling services you may use Stripe for credit card transactions as outlined below:

• Provide FOAP codes specific to these transactions (3 different codes at a minimum)
  • Your program code
  • A master code
  • A merchant code
  • Some additional codes may be required if your are offering discounts or shipping products
• Names and emails of who should have admin access to the Stripe account
• Integration with Banner (handled by Application Services team)
• Once you have your Stripe account, work with your app vendor to configure it as your payment option.

Notes:

• Contact Lori Lambert for approval and any assistance with FOAP codes
• Lori Lambert will have admin access to manager/configure Biola bank information
• Applications Services team members will have Developer Console access to any Stripe account to perform and manage integration with Banner
• There is an engineering effort to complete the Banner integration. Scheduling and timeline will be provided once the requirements above have been met and engineering planning is complete.
